Please ensure the item(s) are in pristine, resalable condition:

Step 3: Ship the Package

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a returns authorization number and the shipping address for our returns center. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the new item to you via our standard shipping method.
